This is a picture of 2 morning doves sitting on our deck rail overlooking our back yard. I starting taking photos when my nephew Jordan at age 14 got a new camera and gave me his old one. I have been hooked on photography ever since!Time
This was taken around 10 or 11 am in the morning. I have a family of different birds that come to eat from our bird feeder every day and some love to perch on our deck rail as you see the 2 "Lovey Dovies" doing. They are frequent visitors. I always have my camera ready to go on my kitchen table so I can quickly snap the next best shot of nature!Lighting
Our deck is in the back yard and when the sun comes up it shines for the rest of the day on the deck. This picture was taken on a day that the sun was shining but not extremely too bright for the perfect picture!Equipment
I have a Polo Sharphots 16.0 Mega pixel by Interpolated with an OSTL 21X Optical Super Telephoto Lens that takes beautiful pictures.Inspiration
The two "Lovey Dovies" always frequent our deck and are always "Bird Talking" to each other while perched on the rail. I just love how the one "Lovey Dovey" was posing and looking right at me so I had to take the perfect shot!Editing
All that I did was focus on the "Lovey Dovies" by extending the lens for the perfect shot!In my camera bag
I have the OSTL 21X Optical Super Telephoto Lens in my bag for easy access on the kitchen table or chair by my french doors which leads out to the deck. It is always in reach for taking the picture perfect shots of the beauty of nature that is a part of our home and yard.Feedback
Always have the camera ready and close at hand to take the unexpected shot of nature at it's best! My husband enjoys being a part of this as well by informing me of any living creatures or nature shots when I am in another room I come running to capture it! It makes the process fun for both of us! Enjoy the beauty of God's gifts in the animals and nature he has blessed us with!
