Foster Avenue Beach is one of the last beaches on the north side of Chicago before one leaves Chicago proper. It is very popular spot during the warmer months and in winter, one can still find people weathering the cold air to take a walk along the beach. The shoreline in the distance is the Sheridan Road shoreline where numerous tall buildings fill in the skyline. Winter or summer, it is a beautiful place for a stroll.
