My beloved 28 year son, Adam (on the left) died on Thursday, January 30, 2020 of a fentanyl overdose. He loved life even though he struggled daily with demons from years of drug use. He was always wanting that next "buzz" and was terribly afraid of dying, asking me often, "If I die, Dad, will you cry?" I always told him I would. I have not stopped crying since his death. I know his death was an accident and I will always be haunted that he texted a friend who did not respond instead of me, just before he died. I don't understand why so many good people are willing to risk their precious life by using lethal and deadly drugs. I will miss Adam so much every day and the personal pain of his untimely passing with never fad. I loved him so much!
