Behind The Lens

Location

I shot this picture in my home. With the help of window lights.85%of my portraits are taken in my home without using and extra lights.

Time

Literally it was a great day. Its around noon time upto 2:00pm to 3:00pm. And i always practice during noon time. it gives a warm and pleasant look to the picture.

Lighting

Lights played an important role in this picture. On that day i was started to look out the window and i felt it was the perfect time to take picture in indoor. Light is also a language for a photographer to express the emotions and feelings.. Its really hard to convey the feelings bt im trying to express it in my own words through photography.

Equipment

This was shot on Nikond5300,with 50mm lens and i didnt used any extra flash. I also used my tripod to fix the camera.

Inspiration

I inspired form the movie "John wick" a great movie which i ever seen in my life. I have a better experience after watching that movie,it gives me more ideas to take picture.

Editing

Post processing is one of the most important things for a photographer. Without post processing he cant express the fact and feelings. i used my lightroom mobile for Colourgrading this picture. it takes about 2hr to bring out the final output.

In my camera bag

I have my Nikond5300,50mm prime lens, mike, earphone, tripod, lens cleaner, ND filters, a battery grip, extra battery, charger, gorilla pod, led video light, extra SD card.

Feedback

My advice is to be creative and not to copy other's work instead of copying it can create it by your own. And don't loose your hope, don't stop to practice it daily. Take out the camera and start creating memories. Happy clicking ??
