Behind The Lens

Location

McKinley Woods Chanahon IL. We were out taking Brookes senior portraits and I happen to catch Brooke off gaurd...this is the result and smile!

Time

This was late afternoon on a November day in last day of fall.

Lighting

the sun was about to start setting and there was an amazing soft light coming through the trees.

Equipment

Nikon D850 and st 200mm with a Nikon lens, flash bounced.

Inspiration

I saw the soft light rays through the trees and the lovely colors give almost a pastel look to the scene....just loved the faded color and bokeh!

Editing

Only crop in a bit and a small bit of dodging on the hat shadow on her eyes.

In my camera bag

Nikon D850, Nikon SB Flash, a selection fitted to the session of Nikon lenses, reflectors, studio Paul Buff with battery pack, tripod.

Feedback

Shaded afternoon light coming through the trees from the west, and studio flash bounced into a reflector.
