Please Note: This is NOT a staged shot. I was on the phone, laughing, when I looked across the room only to see Murphy sitting in the recliner and staring at me. Consequently, I had to take the shot! Honestly? This isn't unusual. Murph the Smurf has a very thin, tenuous grasp on the fact that he's a dog. One year old, he's a Blue Heeler with a bit of Border Collie - apparently all in his ears - thrown in the mix.. (Here in the USA, this cross is known as a Texas Heeler.) He really is too smart.... If Murphy had opposable thumbs, we'd all be in trouble! :-)
