Behind The Lens

Location

The photo was taken in Paris at the legs of the Eiffel tower. I was all over the leg when I shot the photo.

Time

As I remember I was very tired at the end of a sightseeing tour at about 6 PM. We were waiting to go to the tower when I took walking around the tower.

Lighting

There was clear weather with a veil cloud, so the lighting was good to take photos with the sky.

Equipment

This was shot with a Canon 350D, focal length 21mm (18-55 kit-objective). This camera was my first digital machine and this journey was may first time when I can use it in 2011.

Inspiration

My inspiration was: take an uncommon photo of one of the most famous objects.

Editing

There was only a crop, no else.

In my camera bag

"When I'm a tourist", I use an 18-130mm zoom objective with image stabilizer. In my bag are a tripod, a circular polar filter, a flash, and a backup memory card.

Feedback

Try to find that position, angle, point of view what the average tourist isn't looking for.
