This is a photo merge of 6 of my images that I shot at Kure Beach-Fort Fisher NC.
These images were shot at two different times. Starting with the lightning, as the storm was moving across the ocean I was using a Canon T6i, with a Sigma 17-50mm lens. Each time the lightning would strike I would take my shot. The images were shot at 17mm, the sky was dark and the stars were actually visible. This was in June of 2018. The view of the ocean was taken at sunrise at the same location, using the Canon 6D Mark ii with a Tamron 24-70mm lens. This was taken Feb. 2019. I liked the way the light and colors reflecting on the water, so therefore I decided what would it look like if I merge these images together.
