It's hard not to look into her eyes and wonder if she's watching you! Who's watching you? This is a replica of Lady Liberty's face as it originally appeared to the public when she was first unveiled in 1886. Notice the joins in the metal particularly on the lower nose. The imposing brow and steely eyes makes me think the original model was not a lady to be messed with!
