This photo was taken in a old shop decarated as a part of Jeddah season festival. Most of antiques were collected from vintage time and displayed in this shop.Time
This was my best shot from the jeddah season festival. I had no tripod to shoot was walking around in the streets. As soon i looked at this vintage salon setup i locked eyes to frame my shot. I took this shot in evening around 7:00 pm.Lighting
I wanted this scene to look as vintage as possible so i used the ceiling light itself as my light source. The ambience created by this light created the whole scenario. High iso did the trick of filling the light too.Equipment

I always love shooting outdoor in the natural light. This salon setup had that vintage ambience which inspired me to take this shot. It took me back too the 60's era.Editing
I used basic retouching in Lightroom to popup the image.In my camera bag
Since i usually shoot outdoors i keep my bag light easy to carry. I would just have my nikon d5200 with 18-200mm lens and a sb800 flash.Feedback
Yes for anyone taking shots like this try to keep the ambience similar to the light source as much possible. You dont want the light it to look unreal while post processing. Try playing with the camera setting to get the perfect ambience of a vintage time. Always use manual settings to get best lighting results.
