Behind The Lens

Location

I took this photo, Chester Zoo. I like photography, I photograph everything that hits my eyes.

Time

I don’t really remember when the photo was taken, but it was summer around noon, we spent time with the family and the camera. As always, this sister meerkat was photographed at the request of her son :)

Lighting

I didn't use anything special, just a camera and a lens.Natural light

Equipment

A long time ago, I wanted to prove to myself that even with an inexpensive gear you can make a worthy photo. While I didn’t really believe that myself, it was more to prove to myself. And I really had a pretty good shot with the Nikon D3200 and 70-200 F4 Lens

Inspiration

I always watch documentaries about the work of photographers on discovery channels, and they always inspired me really like the wildlife photos from the safari, or similar places. I myself do not have the opportunity to participate in such photo sessions. But in the zoo, you can partially satisfy your desire.

Editing

This photo is virtually unedited, slightly brightened, and the white balance is adjusted.

In my camera bag

Now I'm shooting with the Sony a7riii. and in the backpack I always have a Manfroto travel tripod with me, sony 24-70, sony 70 -200 lenses, that's enough for me, I'm not a professional photographer, it's my hobby.

Feedback

It's hard for me to recommend something because I learn to take pictures myself, I take part in many workshops, read books about different photography techniques, and practice, practice and practice This is the only way to improve your self in my opinion
