I took this photo riding into the country town of Claiborne, MD … it was just a usual day out looking for photos and as you can see, the best opportunities always come as a surprise. These two little fawns were so cute and not afraid of being near the road. They were watching me as much as I was watching and photographing them. It was almost as if they posed.Time
This was mid-morning.Lighting
The sun was shining beautifully.Equipment
I just shot out of my car window using my Canon 80D and zoom lens 70-200.Inspiration
Who can resist a shot like this? :-)Editing
I have at times, used post processing; but this one actually didn't need it. I was amazed when putting it on my computer how crystal clear it was.In my camera bag
I usually have the lens and camera above, a tripod, a monopod, 2-3 lenses: 70-200, macro and wide angle in the car with me.Feedback
I used to spend the winters in Florida and when I returned home to stay all year round, I thought "oh my, it's kinda boring home" … but it's not particularly what you're taking photos of, it's your eye, and how you see animals, ordinary things, landscapes, etc. It will show in your photos.
