Location
I took this photo in Hillsborough Park, Sheffield. I spotted it on the tree stump and zoomed in on it. It was wary of me and as soon as I had pressed the shutter release, it disappeared in a flash, so I caught it just in time, with it's right paw raised.Time
Approximately 11 am.Lighting
It was overcast without distinct shadows but bright enough to capture the squirrel's details.Equipment
I took this photo with my Olympus OMD EM-1 and 14-150mm M. Zuiko lens at 150mm in shutter priority. 1/500th sec @ f11. 1000asa.Inspiration
I love all types of photography and wildlife is one of my favourite areas of inspiration.Editing
Not much, but I did slightly crop it and sharpen it in Windows 8.1 photo gallery. In my camera bag
Usually one Olympus body, 14-150mm, 12-200mm and 60mm macro lenses. Plus a compact camera. A Leica D-Lux 7.Feedback
Keep as still as possible and have your camera on shutter priority at a shutter speed fast enough to freeze any movement.
