Reaching here required driving in highlands, 5 to 6 river crossings and a 2 km one way hike. As we reached near the waterfall, it started to rain heavily. We took shelter under a huge fallen rock and waited for about 2 hours. Weather finally cleared giving us brilliant light. I would say one full day spent well for one image and an unforgettable experience in Iceland highlands.
