Shining Copper is a Thoroughbred gelding, and the winner of over $800K (USD). A Cinderella horse, his career included running in claiming races to using his speed as a "rabbit" for stablemates to being a graded stakes winner, himself. Now retired, he is living on his owner's farm with a few other pensioned warhorses and will mug you for a peppermint! (central Kentucky)
