This image was taken in a beautiful yard in the country.Time
This image was taken in the early evening, in between swatting hundreds of mosquitoes!!Lighting
I wanted the sunlight to be behind her to keep any harsh shadows off her face.Equipment
I used the Sony A7III with a minolta 80-200 2.8 lens with adapter.Inspiration
This image is of my beautiful granddaughter on her grade 12 graduation day.Editing
I used Photoshop CC for post processing. A bit of color correction in camera raw, some dodge and burning, and I used the patch tool for any distractions I wanted to remove. I also used frequency separation.In my camera bag
I usually carry a 50mm 1.4, the sony 28-70mm kit lens (which I actually really like), and the tamron 90mm macro.Feedback
Try to position the client with the sun behind them.....bring mosquito spray!!
