We saw these Proboscis monkeys 40 feet up in the trees on one side of the river, looking like they wanted to jump to the other side. But it was way too far for them to leap to a tree on the other side. We were shocked when the first of 4 monkeys leaped and did a belly flopper in the river and then swam to the other side. The other three then followed. One amazing feat.
