We spotted this turtle from the boat, struggling on the surface. When we came back to check on it, it tried to dive but exhaustion and buoyancy from the ghost net and plastic she had in tow made it impossible. We brought her to the surface to find the net choking her. She struggled until we cut it away and then she relaxed as we removed the rest from her flippers and shell before swimming away unharmed.
