Behind The Lens

Location

This photo was taken at the Huntington Beach Pier

Time

Late morning

Lighting

Shooting on the pier can be quite challenging as your lighting can change in a instant, will always be different on either side and depending on the size of the way change immediately when the surfer drops into the wave

Equipment

This was shot on a Canon 7DMKII and a Canon 70-200MM F2.8 II

Inspiration

I just love shooting surfers from the Pier

Editing

I don't really do a lot of post processing on action shots

In my camera bag

Canon 7DMKII , Canon5DMKIV, Canon 70-200MM F2.8 II, Canon 24-105, Canon 24-70F2.8 and a Tamron 35MM 1.8

Feedback

For surfing, or action sports my shutter is always minimum 25oo
