I isolated this pier that is part of the support for an elevated water raceway to Mingus Mill. Mingus Mill is an 1886 grist mill that is still functional. Water has been spilling over at this point for some time. The constant moisture as drawn moss to grow on the logs. The day did not permit as slow a shutter as I would have liked, but I was drawn to this image.
