One of the benefits I get from being a volunteer photographer for a group that makes Photo IDs and portraits for students in remote areas of the country like this town in the Mountain Province is being able to witness their way of life. The stairway looking structures are man-made terraces planted with rice. During the rainy season, the terraces are naturally irrigated and are prepared dor the planting season.
