Stunning shot
See all

Behind The Lens

Location

Philip Island,Victoria. 90 minutes from Melbourne Australia

Time

Afternoon sunset around 7pm

Lighting

Natural lighting with setting sun directly in front.

Equipment

Sony A77 Sigma 18-200mm lens without a tripod.

Inspiration

it was just a great sunset

Editing

just decreased the saturation a few points..

In my camera bag

Carry my Sony A77 with a combination of Sony and Sigma Lenses..I do carry a Sigma Telephoto Lens which I use for wildlife photography.

Feedback

This is still a learning process for me and so far I managed to get some great photos without too much adjustments to colour or lighting. Just use the natural lighting and the scenery does the rest.
