Every year between January and March about thousand of humpback whales migrate from the North Atlantic to the warm waters of the Dominican Republic to mate and give birth. One of these gathering places is Samana Bay, where I was able to see them. I am happy that I was there at the right time and the right place, it was unforgettable experience.
