While being a photographer means having an eye to appreciate things that are often overlooked, sometimes I feel like we are only fixated on the greats. The great locations, the great people, the great style. This still-life is my return to gratitude; to get back in touch with my observational nature. To appreciate the light that enters my room each day, be thankful for the fruit that nourishes my body, and to nurture the life in my home.
