I took this photo at Het Brielse Meer, a lake in the recreation area near the town where I live.Time
This was shot at the middle of the day on a not so sunny day. But having a bright sky with all this water would have been too much and now the clouds were just giant soft boxes.Lighting
Nothing special on the lighting, it was shot with natural light on a not so sunny day.Equipment
I used my Nikon D500 with the Tamron 70-200 mm f/2.8 G2 and of course I was laying flat on the ground.Inspiration

I always process my photos, first in LightRoom for the basic stuff. Up the shadows, down the highlights, add some contrast and clarity. If needed I go to Photoshop but in this case I was fine with the result.In my camera bag
For action shots I use the Nikon D500, but I also have a Pentax K-1 which isn't suitable for action, but for all other stuff it's a great camera. My Sigma 85 mm f/1.4 is my most favorite lens, but I also love my Pentax 15-30 mm f/2.8. I'm a sucker for wide-angled shots.Feedback
Practice, practice, practice. Try to do your own thing, let others inspire you but don't just copy, give it your own swing.
