A friend and I were going for a hike to some ice caves that are a local tourist attraction. We passed by this field on our way in, and I knew I wanted to take some photos on the way back. After slipping on ice to and from, sliding unexpectedly out of an ice cave entrance, I hobbled my way towards the field. I was determined i was getting a good photo of these frozen snowy corn fields. I really like the symmetry of the corn stalks against the stark white background. I was so cold and wet at this point, I only snapped two photos. But I was really pleased with this one.
