Happy new year, my friends! Here's a shot that I captured recently in the Eastfjords of Iceland. Kaspars and I were crossing the mountain pass when we noticed a beautiful ice field over the frozen lake Heiðarvatn. There were some drawn-out lenticular clouds in the sky, adding to the pastel sunrise glow. I thought this one looked a bit like an apostrophe hanging in the atmosphere.
