Behind The Lens

Location

Not far from where I live is a Wildlife Bird Sanctuary and they were having an open house for the public. I went and got lots of photos of different birds but this one was the best.

Time

This was taken early afternoon as I looked around.

Lighting

It was outside so just natural lighting.

Equipment

Canon EOS DIGITAL REBEL XSi f5.6 iso 800 300mm focal length 1/250 sec No flash was needed

Inspiration

I just thought he was really interesting and I actually took quite a few photos of him and others.

Editing

I just used some basic editing.

In my camera bag

My 16-300mm lens and my wide lens for landscapes.

Feedback

I'm self-taught so don't really have much advice except for just keep learning and doing the best you can. Also, take lots of pictures. You'll usually get at least 1 or 2 good ones.
