Behind The Lens

Location

This photo has been taken at Stokness ,Iceland.

Time

It has been taken at the end of the day.

Lighting

Sometimes I underexpose a bit.

Equipment

I use a sony A7 R Tripod Sirui 70-200 Sony Vario tessar Zeiss FE/16-35 Lee big and litle Stopper.

Inspiration

Stokness on Iceland is a very special place for me because of its wideness , ruffnes, silence, the light ,drama, magic and poetry that I felt there. All these aspects are coming together in this picture for me .For this reasons the picture means a lot to me .

Editing

I use ,Lightroom,Photoshop a bit . Luminar. I am not so good , but would love to learn more about it. I just try things and use what fits me to achieve the result I have in mind.

In my camera bag

I always have my Sony A7r with telelens and Vario Tessar Zeiss.

Feedback

Observe very well your envirement . Look for dramatic or magical aspects in nature you can use , and sometimes you have just to wait for the wright moment with the wright light . Work on your composition . Sometimes you must try to think only in forms and shadows. I love dark weather with dramatic light .
