This is the "Fountain of the Fallen Angel" (El Angel Caído). This statue and fountain is in the "Park of the Pleasant Retreat" (Parque del Buen Retiro) located in the heart of the City of Madrid in Spain. The sculpture is a work by Ricardo Bellver, inspired by a passage from John Milton's "Paradise Lost", which represents Lucifer falling from Heaven. It is said that this statue is the only known public monument of Satan.
