This is a classic shot of the blue hour at Notre Dame. If you want to shoot Notre Dame, go during the week, there is less people in front of it. I actually was there on a Monday or Tuesday night and I was surprised to catch it right at blue hour. So that's right after sunset at the beginning of the night when there was not too much people there. Do you like to shoot at blue hour?
