For the best travel, you should come in October-November to any country where the have olive trees. In that period the harvest starts. When the harvest is finished the picked olives are sent to a special press. There the olives get washed and then pressed to oil. The smell of fresh olive oil m, the intense deep green color and it’s taste is a travel on its own. It’s the crown on the trip to picking olives. On this shot the results of our fresh olive oil this year.
