Hong Kong has arguably one of the most stunning skylines in the world.

This image was created using 6 individual images captured from the Kowloon side just across Victoria Harbour. I then cropped it down some in a 2 x 6 aspect ratio.

While originally I was looking for a color image, I really was pleased with the black and white look for many reasons.

Hong Kong's skyline can be very stimulating to the eyes, but with all the different neon colors, it can also begin to feel over-stimulating.

So to bring focus on the buildings, I decided to simply convert it to black and white and remove the over stimulating color. This brings focus to the architecture, and uniqueness of Hong Kong's magnificent skyline.
