One of my favorite shots from my time with the whales in Tonga. I had this shot planned well before I was in the water and luckily it worked out. This mom was incredibly calm as I hovered 15 feet over her fluke as she descended for a dive while her calf frolicked at the surface. Canon 5D3, 16-35 f-8, 1-250 sec, Nauticam housing with Zen 230 Dome port.
