Uno dei posti più affascinanti della Norvegia, meno conosciuto rispetto ai famosi fiordi, alle isole Lofoten e a Senja. Questa valle è situata nell'entroterra di Ålesund, circondata da cime di roccia nera da dove scendono numerosi rivoli d'acqua , che , convergendo creano questo affascinante fiume che percorre la vallata facendosi strada tra rocce e muschio.
