Congrats on your Win! It is not unusual for the People Choice Award to be well-chosen... so enjoy their valuable decision!
I would also like to add that there were unfortunately too many completely non-compliant entries... people submitting without reading the requirements... but those were timely deleted. I wonder why would anyone enter a Challenge just to have their work removed? But that's another theme.. ;)

Location
This photo was taken at an alpaca ranch in Ohio. One of the photography clubs I belong to arranged this photo shot.Time
This photograph was shot around noon, between rain showers.Lighting
Since it was raining on and off most of the day we had cloudy skies.Equipment
I used a Nikon D3200 with a 50-300 zoom lens.Inspiration
I liked the expression of this alpaca. It appeared it was whistling.Editing
I like the expression of the alpaca but I thought it needed something else of interest. I added the butterfly to its nose. I believe it gives the appearance the alpaca is looking at the butterfly and whistling a tune to it's new friend. In my camera bag
I usually carry only a small camera bag that will hang on my shoulder. I have one camera body (Nikon D3200) and two lens (15-55MM) and (55-300mm). I have a polarized filter for each lens and a neutral density filter small the smaller lens. I have several macro attachments lens for the (15-55mm) lens in case I wish to do macro photography. I also have a remote shutter release fob, several charged batteries and an extra flash card.Feedback
Sometimes a good shot can be made better by adding something that gives it more interest. I do not think this would be the same shot without the butterfly. Perhaps the butterfly was not there at the time of the shot, but adding it simply puts a smile on your face. Sometimes simply adding something to a photograph you can create something that is uplifting.
