Wow, what a shot !
I've seen loads of photographs of Mill Ave. and Tempe Town Lake at night, but nothing like this! This is fantastic!
The aircraft streaks change the image completely by adding a whole new dimension to it. There really IS a freeway of traffic overhead.
I've heard it said, many times, that on average, over a 24 hour period, an aircraft takes off or lands at least once every minute at Sky Harbor.

Thank you! I love photographing airplanes from up there. I've even shot some time lapses up there this past winter that I'll be using for a film I hope to release this year or early next year.
