One of the many missions built by the Spanish between Mexico and California. It's proper name is Mission San Jose de Tumacacori. Jesuit Father Eusebio Francisco Kino established this mission in 1691. An architectural preservation team from the University of Pennsylvania was working in the chapel the day this image was captured. The church is located along the old highway between Tucson and Nogales.
