My PA neighbor (on three sides of my property) has a Buffalo Farm. It was strange to move to the Endless Mountains of PA and be introduced to The Buffalo. Since he kept them "on the back 40," I rarely saw the beasts though occasionally I'd hear them bello. That all changed during one snow storm when, somehow, a gate came open and soon my yard looked like I lived on the Praire as an entire herd of Buffalo made the trek over to my house one Bison at a time... Maybe they thought this way we wouldn't notice them... What a day.
