Behind The Lens

Location

This shot was made in Alberta,Canda along Highway 21. Suddenly this barn was removed last year, and nothing left from it

Time

that was very stormy day, rain was on and off all day long, shot was made around 4pm

Lighting

all natural light, very moody day and wet surface pop the colors

Equipment

Nikon d7200 and sigma 18-35mm f1.8 lens

Inspiration

the way how dramatic this barn looks on that moody day

Editing

yes, I had to pull up some contrast, added a bit of saturation to colors, used a grad filter on grass area with warmer tones to pool up yellow color from dry grasses to compliment dramatic look to picture and balance yellow shingles on barn

In my camera bag

this shot was made back in 2018, that time I was just starting journey into photography and had 2 lenses with my d7200 sigma 18-35f1.8 and nikon 50mm f1.8g

Feedback
