Congrat's on the Top Class.....
It's funny how something old and dirty, we find interesting to look at, I begs so many questions out of me. Think about what Questions you might have?
Example: I wonder what it smells like inside that room?
Great Job. Thanks for the entry.... Mark TDA

Location
I took this photo in Lisbon, Portugal.Time
It was about 4 PM.Lighting
I shot this photo with natural light, whitout direct sunlight on the wall.Equipment
I have a Lumix DMC-TZ100, all my photos are taken with this little miracle of a camera...The best thing about this camera is that it has a good Leica lens and it is very easy to carry with you because it practically fits in your back pocket. I didn't use any extra equipment, I took the photo spontaniously free out of hand.Inspiration
I was amazed about the wonderful composition of the window and the textures of this weather worn wall. I loved the many square shapes in combination with the faded blue colors. There is so much to see in this small piece of wall, the contrast between the curtain and the black broken window. The orange details on the wall contrasted with the blue to finish it of.Editing
I did a little post-processing in Lightroom to emphasise the colors and textures. In my camera bag
I don't have any equipment in my bag (yet) I am a beginning photographer and I am learning to use a camera, to look for the good light, composition and point of view. One day when I know how to use and set the camera well enough, I will start to think about a bag filled with technical things instead of the need to understand how it works first...Feedback
If you want to take a photo like this one, just look around for the simple every day compositions... Avoid the direct sunlight because it creates hard highlights and dark shadows. If you look at a subject to photograph, you have to try to realise what you want to achieve, Try to find the good light, the right point of view and the best composition... And most of all, take more shots with slightly different settings so you can choose the best one, once you get home and open your laptop when the magic of today's digital world begins... I allways crop it later into the size and composition I like best. Crop the photo in different ways, so you can choose the best one the next day when you can have a fresh look at them!
