It was the longest of the century and it was an incredible sight to admire it in one of my favorite locations.

Some of you will recognize the place because I have made other shots like "The Guardian".
What better occasion to return with the red moon?

Well, the luna is not my favorite subject, but it was an opportunity to make something rare, which I can hardly replicate: the milkyway and
the full moon in a single shot.

As the full moon entered the shadow of the earth, the stars shone more and more due the obscuration and, the Milky Way, became more and more visible!
