I have been watching the sky all week hoping it would clear up so I could shoot the clipper boats at the Foyle Maritime Festival against the blue hour which I love. Last night everything came together, the sky was blue and water was calm. I spend a few hours shooting and talking to a number of the boat owners who were lucky to be sitting along the Foyle enjoying a peaceful and calm evening after all the crowds had departed for the day...
