Here I was at 2800mt, exactly at Lagazuoi, a mountain in the heart of the Dolomites! From up here I could see an incredible view, I could admire the highest and the most famous peaks in the area in a truly unique context! That evening, in fact, as I explained in the previous photo ”hidden stars”, I was dining on the terrace of Rifugio Lagazuoi, while in a few minutes, on the horizon, large dense clouds came that would soon have covered the sky above my head. I could not miss this wonderful opportunity to bring home an overview to 360 degrees !!!
So I ran into position and immediately I placed my equipment! I pushed myself a few centimeters from a cliff, only to have the opportunity to show you also the valley that precedes the Falzerego pass! It was about midnight, right next to the #astronomic dusk, the milky way was clearly visible despite a bit of light pollution horizon, and, to make matters worse there was a slight presence of airglow. All these things created a unique atmosphere I never lived before!
