This male Fallow Deer's image was captured while we had dinner at a local wildlife reserve in the city of Christchurch, South Island New Zealand. He is as close to being tame as any wildlife can be. The Fallow Deer's height averages around 37 inches. It can reach a top speed of 30 mph.
