I love the way the little waves seem to be breaking onto the handrail. it creates a vertigo feeling that works well within this linear composition with its dramatic diagonal and lines of perspective. This is also a textural image with the smooth of the sky, the brush of the wind and the muddy beach. I find that looking carefully in this way opens the image so much more than looky looking and saying 'Bridge, nice.".
