I have had the desire to capture my son with an American flag ever since before he was born. Waiting until he was old enough to not drop the flag was the key to this session and when i told him what we were going to do, he was SO excited. He marched with it and twirled it and the sun was setting just behind him creating the most amazing moment. Being a little one in America is so freeing when you see what others are going through in other countries. He may not fully understand yet how great he has it here in the USA but at least i can try my best to teach him.
