The Legendary Hawthorne Court was designed by George H. Wells and built in 1922. It occupies a prime location in the Historic Landmark district and located on 76th and 77th streets, between 35th and 37th avenues. It consists of 14 buildings in neo-Georgian style ( 7 on each side) that surround a magnificent, block long garden. Each building is 5 stories and has 10 apartments, 2 per floor. Building has an elevator, which opens directly to your apartment. There’s only two floor plans: 2bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms, 2bathrooms. Each apartment has east and west exposures, living room with a fireplace and a formal dining room. Hawthorne Court is considered one of the most coveted co-ops in Jackson Heights, New York.
