Location
in the small coastal village of Roundstone in Connemara IrelandTime
at 8:30 pm, at the beginning of the golden hourLighting
The light in Ireland is fabulous, especially in summer. As it is a coastal village and this place was in a bay, it plays on the reflection and the atmosphere and it's magicEquipment
It was a Sony DSLR A700 with perfect photo lens for traveling a DT 18-200 F3,5-6,3Inspiration
at Roundstone there was a boatyard, with plenty of wreck of fisherman's boat. I liked the idea of ??associating the mystical side of this particular cemetery with a typically Irish church in the backgroundEditing
I always shoot in RAW, so i normally editing this picture in Lightroom, ans remove some wires in the sky with PhotoshopIn my camera bag
Now i use a Sony ILCE 7RM2. I have three lens in my bag, a very bright Zeiss f2.8 16-35mm, a F1,8 Sony 85mm, and a 50mm Sony. I use a Manfrotto tripod and monopod. When I work on assignment or Street photography I love to use two straps systems, Double Black Rapid, and the straps and clips from Peak Design. Since 2008 i always work on a Sony Camera, my first one was the DSLR SONY A200, DSLR Sony A700, Sony full frame DSLR A850 and Sony SLT A99Feedback
To make this type of photo is simple, do not follow the usual routes of tourist circuits, lose yourself in nature because anyway your GPS will always bring you to the right place.
