Location
This photo was taken in my backyard.Time
3:59 pm.Lighting
The lighting was overcast and good.Equipment
Nikon D300 camera. Nikon 80-400mm lens. Tripod. Food for the chipmunk.Inspiration
I had been putting food down for the chipmunks for a long time and frequently and patiently waited for the right shot. I wanted to get the chipmunk sitting up and eating and finally did.Editing
I did a little sharpening and some cropping in Lightroom. In my camera bag
My Nikon camera, Nikon lenses including a 12-24mm, an 18-300mm, a 70-200mm, an 80-400mm, a 50mm and a fisheye lens, extra cards and battery.Feedback
Patience is very important. Chipmunks are very fast and seldom sit still for long. A tripod was a necessity in my mind.
